Q: How much does it cost to rent a frozen drink machine from Margaritas In Motion?
A:

Daily frozen drink machine rentals are $145.00. Our Motion Party Pak I includes the machine rental in addition to many extras. CLICK HERE to see a complete list of what the rental package includes (custom packages available, just ask). In addition, we offer a discount if multiple machines are rented for the same event. The price is $100.00 for each additional single tank machine per day.

Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A:

Absolutely! We’ll even mix your first batch and show you how to operate the machine. In addition, we leave easy to follow laminated instructions.

Q: How much ice do I need?
A:

NONE! Just pour in the mix and the machine does the rest.

Q: How much mix will I need?
A:

Our experience shows that usually half or more guests drink the frozen drinks even if you offer them a choice (it’s a novelty). About every 25 people at your party will go through a batch of mix and each batch will produce approximately 50-75 eight ounce drinks. See the chart below for additional sizing recommendations.

Q: Can I use larger cups than what you provide?
A:

The eight ounce cups that we provide are the best size to use. With a larger cup, the drink will become warm before your guest finishes; consequently, you’ll find many guests pouring it out and refilling.

Q: How much mix do you bring?
A:

We bring MORE then you need but you only pay for what you open. The first mix is on us, and any extra drink mixes that have been opened will cost $20.00.

Q: How do I clean the machine?
A:

YOU DON’T - WE DO! Leave the dirty work to us. When you are finished with your party, just turn off the machine and leave it alone. We’ll pick it up at the agreed time and clean it. It’s all included in the rental price.

Q: How long can I keep the machine?
A:

We drop it off the day of the party and pick it up the next day at the agreed time. Although, if you need it picked up that same evening, we can arrange that as well. If you need it longer, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will quote you an extended rental rate. Please note that overnight rentals do not mean the rental is for 24 hours.

Q: What is your biggest complaint?
A:

Running out of mix, by far! Please accept the extra mixes that we leave behind; remember - you only pay for what you use.

Q: How long does it take for the first batch to freeze?
A:

Chilling both the water and alcohol (if used) allows the first batch to freeze faster. When indoors, a batch will typically freeze in about 30 minutes; outdoors, on a warm day, it may take up to an hour. Also, there is no waiting between batches because you add to the top of the reservoir when the mix-low light comes on. Most other rental machine companies machines will re-liquefy the drink mix when a new batch is added, thus requiring your guests to wait for the drinks to be ready. Our machines will allow your party to continue without interruptions.

Q: Who provides the alcohol?
A:

The customer provides all the alcohol and accepts full responsibility for providing it at their event. Margaritas In Motion products are all provided completely alcohol free.

Q: What kinds of mix flavors are available?
A:

Q: Can these machines be used for kid’s parties?
A:

Most definitely! Any of our drink flavors can be served non-alcoholic for adult and kid’s events.

Q: How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
A:

We recommend you reserve your machine at least two weeks or more prior to your event; however, during peak times such as July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Super Bowl Weekend, Halloween, New Years Eve and Christmas, you may need to reserve sooner.

Q: What is the “free delivery zone”?
A:

Our “free delivery zone” includes all of the Tri City area. If you are outside these areas please contact us for a quote.

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A:

Margaritas In Motion accepts payment by cash, check, visa and master card. All rentals require a $25.00 deposit. Full payment is due at the time of delivery.

Q: What am I responsible for?
A:

Simple as 1, 2 ,3! #1 POWER, #2 ALCOHOL & #3 WATER. You will need to provide one responsible person to handle the machines. and access to a standard 110volt 20 amp dedicated circuit for each machine. Machines should be placed near the electrical outlet. Although we prefer not to use an extension cord, if the location of your event requires one, we will supply a special cord at no additional charge. This extension cord is a heavy duty 12-gauge wire and is larger then most standard cords. Damage will occur to machines hooked up with a smaller than 12-gauge wire cord. Please DO NOT attempt to use your own cords on our machines. All Alcohol is your responsibility and must be present at the time of delivery if you wish to include it in your first batch. Margaritas In Motion does not provide any alcohol. In addition, don’t forget the water! You will need to provide the drinking water to mix the drink batches. (Chilled works the best and cuts down on freeze time.)
