	Upon telephone confirmation of your reservation by a member of our staff, a $25.00 deposit will be required and charged to your credit card to hold your reservation, the balance of all rental charges collected upon delivery of your machine(s). For reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to the reserved date, a $25.00 fee will be charged to your credit card. However, if you rent from us in the future we will take $25.00 off from your rental. Cancellations made more than 10 days before the reserved date will not incur charges.  I have read and agree with these terms  I have read and do NOT agree with these terms    Your information is kept confidential.
